Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

very good

when I switched from [...] ( which I loved ) I was nervous. I'm glad I found Darla Stupey. she is great as is her team

Dr,Stupey is pretty good doctor. its just hard to get an appointment right away.

Dr. Stupey always knows my health history and is such a great doctor! She is timely, but does not make you feel rushed. The MA's that work on her team are so wonderful too. They work very well together!

Front office lady was grumpy about making an appointment for my husband, when she wasn't busy

I haven't ever had to wait more than 10 or 15 mins. It's very nice and very rare with other doctors offices!

My care at the office is exceptional. The front office admin is usually pretty good for the most time. However, recently the office has updated my insurance change 3 times! They have asked for my information 3 times & failed to update it each time. The last time the front desk lady asked me all the same questions & implied I had caused a line because of her co-workers failure to do so correctly in the past. Then she let me know I should let the Dr. know I was frustrated but I chose to do this via survey which seemed more appropriate.

I've been seeing Dr. Stupey for 7 years, and she's the best!

Everyone has always been gracious.

Her follow up was received in a thorough and kind manner.

The desk clerk, medical assistant, and the doctor are all awesome!

We cannot thank Dr. Stupey enough! She provided exceptional care during a very difficult pregnancy. She made time for me EVERY week and returned a call after business hours. The care we received helped us through our grieving and all of our questions/concerns were addressed.

I'm a fairly new patient to Dr Stupey and do far really like her and her staff. I have recommended her already to several people

Dr. Stupey is great!

Dr. Stupey has been our family provider for almost 6 years. If she ever leaves, we would follow her!

Dr. Stupey is a wonderful provider, a little hard to get in to see, but great provider

she is a fabulous prividwr, and her assistant is wonderful as well, friendly, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere provided. I felt cared for.

Dr. Stupey is a wonderful doctor. She answers all my questions in terms I can understand. She always listens to me. I would recommend Dr. Stupey to anyone.

Knew what I needed right away and was able to provide me with information that was useful and applicable.

she's a wonderful doctor.

Requested a flu shot & tetanus shot when I requested the appt. Rep on the phone said to request when I come in for the visit; requested the shots from the nurse whom brought me back to the room. Did not receive either shots.... This isn't the first time this has happened either, maybe should have a better way for patients to request/receive shots...

Dr. Stupey always listens, asks great questions, and has a good response. She also asks if there are other concerns beyong what I am there for. She is patient, kind, caring, smart, knowledgeable, and has a sense of humor. I apprecate her very much.

she seemed really rush to have a conversation with. and I was thinking to ask her question, but she seemed not really patient with me. she spent only 7 minutes exactly, I was timing the time she walked in and out of the exam room, to talk with her new patient.

I recently had an emergency admission to the ICU. I really appreciated Dr. Stupey taking the time to talk to me about that experience and to listen to my account of a very frightening event.

Dr. Stupey listened to my needs and did what was needed to be done. overall it was a good visit .

No bad experiences.

Darla is one of the best Drs I have had. She listens to me and does not judge me but helps me by suggesting other ways to deal with my short comings.

Dr Stupey is excellent! the only concern is that the clinics support staff is spread too thin. I've been with her for 6 years and the only problem I run into is regarding communication issues if I call. there seems to be a bit of a 'grapevine' effect between Dr and the support team. I don't encounter this very often, however, if I do it generally requires a face to face visit to get things straitened out. Again, a minor issue- overall I am happy with the clinic and absolutely grateful for having Dr Stupey's support.
