Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

One health issue left unaddressed. Very welcoming, positive interaction.

I received very good service.

Dr Rodgers is respectful, kind and caring. I always feel like she has my best interests at heart. She is a good listener and appointments with her do not feel rushed. She is the most excellent doctor I have ever had.

I like Dr. Rodgers, she has missed stuff but with my diagnoses that is not uncommon..she tries hard and really cares. she is an assest to your business

I have to say over the last 6 months the care I have received has been greatly improved. I was actually actively searching for a new provider due to never been able to get into my dr and wait times of almost 45 mins and I also felt rushed and not heard but my last 3 visits since February this year have been exceptional. The wait time has been minimal, the staff from reception to Nurses have all been engaging and kind. it seems the nurses remember me and care about my needs and Dr Rogers and [...] have each taken so much time to meet my needs and have been very kind. I am so happy I stuck it out.

Dr Rodgers is an outstanding doctor and a great leader of her team

She listened attentively and clarified what I was saying, making eye contact. She answered questions clearly, making sure I understood her answers.

I trust Dr. Rodgers to do her best for me.

My provider really cared about my health problems, and didn't want to waste time to get me the help that I need.

Dr. Rogers is easy to talk to.

best dr. ever. So thankful to have her as my dr. she is awesome.

I've gone to Dr. Rodgers now for 11 years. Because of an insurance change I had to see someone else for a year but am very thankful that when insurance changed again that I was able to get back to seeing Dr. Rodgers. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a gentle, caring, and compassionate doctor who listens well, answers questions well, and explains things well. Like all doctors there are times when she is running late, but she usually doesn't come across as being too rushed to spend the needed time with me. That is much appreciated. Very pleased to have her as my doctor.

I value my relationship with Providence and with Dr Rodgers. I have been a patient of Dr Rodgers for many years and have always had excellent care. I feel heard and cared about by Dr Rodgers and am able to talk with her freely about my healthcare concerns and questions.

I've been with Tami since she first opened her office. Not going to change!

I love that Dr Rodgers listens and interacts with me. She is very caring
