Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

the front desk and whoever else answers the phone talk down to you and seem frustrated to help. not impressed with them. in fact when I originally called to scheduled my initial appt for pregnancy the girl answering the phone did not congratulate me on my pregnancy and when we were having difficulty finding an appt that would work for me, she suggested a try another providers office since we were having such a hard time because I work full time, the same hours as your clinic hours. that would have been fine however my insurance requires me to use a prov doctor. so far I have been disappointed with the support staff. the np sue and Dr penikas have been great. I wish I would have gone to [...] though due to office staff

Dr. was nice and attentive I just wish he could've been more help with what I went there for. I felt that I came out of there with no answers.

Dr Penakis is an excellent provider. He always takes plenty of time to discuss any concerns, is always pleasant and provides a positive experience. He has a wonderfully calming presence and shows true care and concern for me as a patient.

It is helpful to be able to send follow up questions through the Providence portal, rather than come in for a visit if it is about the same concern. The clinic was "clinically" responsive to my health concerns and dispassionate as it is, I understand it and am satisfied with the care I have received from the providers.

my doctor provides a very comfortable environment.

Dr. Penikas was amazing & really did all he could to make sure I & my baby were safe.

Dr. Penikas has always taken my concerns seriously & has found solutions. His compassion & understanding w/my medical issues is the reason I go continue to go to him. He also is very personable! This makes him easy to talk to.

Dr. Penikas is the BEST. I had many complications after my last child and he has been outstanding.
