In her practice, Dr. Marianne Morris believes her most important role as a physician is to listen to her patients and use that information to provide the best possible care. "There are so many roles we take as medical providers, and each unique situation requires a different role," she says.

"It gives me great satisfaction knowing I've made a difference in someone's life," says Dr. Morris, "whether it's delivering a new baby or simply being a supportive listener during a major life transition."

After earning her medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Dr. Morris completed her internship and residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

I was impressed by my doctor calling me to make sure that I had scheduled a test that was ordered for me - she herself called and not an assistant. I found that very encouraging.

Dr. Marianne Morris is my trusted advisor during peri menopause & menopause. She is excellent, caring & provides all the info & referrals that I need to remain healthy. She is essential to me at this phase.

She was unbelievable!! Took her time, listened, solved the problem. I wasn't just a number - I was cared for as an individual. Probably the best doctor I have ever seen.

very experience and friendly

I always have felt comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Morris is thorough, professional & communicative.

VERY happy with the care provided to me. Dr Morris was an excellent Doctor, provided great service, and I especially appreciate how comfortable she made me feel for both the treatment and also feeling able to ask any questions I might have.

New provider for me, even though I have been using this clinic for about 5 years. We talked about my medical history and she reviewed my chart.

I was referred through VA choice program, Dr. Morris was very transparent in her needs as a physician. I would definitely use her as a NON-VA provider.

[...] Dr Morris was great. God bless her for her patience and skill in communicating.

The office called me the next day after I was given a referral.
