Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

At this particular visit, provider seemed more careful at listening to my concerns than on prior visits. Didn't seem as rushed as before either.

I felt the appointment was very rushed. 15 minutes isn't enough time for someone with my health issues. I felt like I was just another stop on the assembly line. There were issues I wanted to discuss but was told we didn't have the time. Dr. Greco is a fine doctor. I just wish I could have the time to talk about my health.

I had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Great team.

I had Dr. Greco as my PCM for 15 years and would not want to change. Outstanding care from her

Dr. Greco has been my Preferred provider for many years. She is very thorough. I feel safe in her hands!

This doctor is extremely condescending and arrogant and she doesn't listen. She has been told that I cannot afford a bunch of test and orders them anyway. She prescribed me drugs without my knowledge and gave me no explanation on what they were for or how they should be taken. I was prescribed an additional pill for blood glucose and another for cholesterol and had no idea what they were for, how to take them or if I should continue with the medication I was currently on of if the new drugs were to be taken instead of something else I was taking. I went to the pharmacy and was given extra drugs and no idea how to take them. Test strips and lancets were ordered from the pharmacy without knowing what type of machine I had. I told her I would call back because I didn't know what brand I have. I go to the pharmacy and here we go again. Test strips and lancets that do not work in my machine. I hadn't called back so I didn't even know any had been ordered until I got home and saw the boxes in the bag from the pharmacy. Now i'm stuck with testing strips that don't work and the pharmacy won't take them back. I continue to tell her that I am in a lot of pain and she ignores me. I tell her I can't afford to take off work for appointments and her answer is for me to take off work and make an appointment with someone in the financial dept and wants me to make an appointment with a dietitian, and other specialist. I have only seen her twice and both times she was late and wanted me to make extra appointments to talk about my test results because the 15 minutes she allows for each appointment isn't enough time to talk about all she needs to discuss and when I asked about specific results and what specific test were and what they were for, she told me she didn't have time to give me a medical degree.

I'm sorry to say Dr. D. Greco was stressed and in a hurry. She was impolite and seemed bothered by my questions. She said, "next time you will ask only three questions.

I was treated with care and respect and my concerns were addressed.

Workers at suite 220 spend too much time visiting with each other. Very unprofessional

I had a blood test and received results via MyChart. The test indicated an immediate need for medication. I did not hear from the provider's office for a week, until I contacted the office. The provider had told her staff to contact me with her instructions and to let me know a prescription had been called into the pharmacy, but no one contacted me. She was as surprised as I was about this. I don't consider this to be her fault, but her staff's. They definitely dropped the ball, and I was unable to begin treatment as soon as I should have started it.

Dr. Greco is always professional, empathetic and addresses our families problems.

[...] I used MyChart to ask her to increase dose of Rx and she had me come in for office visit within 3 days of the email. Very good response!

All good. Very helpful

I was left in room for over a half hour waiting for my paperwork before I could leave & then phoned the hospital and still had to go into hall and yell for someone to let me out.

I waited a while for this appointment, and I felt a little rushed by Dr. Greco when I got there.

I,ve always been treated very well @ every appointment.

Dr. Greco always listens attentively and seems very calm and patient. I never feel rushed or that she is in a hurry to get to the next appointment.

She kept saying everything said didn't make sense and was not believing me making me feel really upset and uncomfortable and I almost walked out

Dr Greco is the best

Abrupt with a your-time-is-up - I've-got-to-go attitude.

should have scheduled more time for visit. 91 ur old. had not seen doctor for 6 months several issues should have realized she needed more than 10 min visit.
