Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Dr. Grainger is a very caring physician. I had a low heart rate and was disappointed that I was unable to get an appointment with a cardiologist in a more time matter.

Always listens about my concerns [...]

This Dr. Grainger guy is good people. I see a bright future for this young man.

amazing care team

I am so glad I found Dr. Grainger. He was recommended to me by my previous primary care doctor, [...]. After [...] moved to Beaverton from Gresham, we started using another doctor at Gresham and it just wasn't a good fit. Dr. Grainger is amazing. He is a lot like Dr. [...] in that he listens very well (not just hears), and gives a lot of information back. He cited studies, examples of past patients, and his personal medical opinion about issues we discussed and ALL of these are incredibly helpful and informative.

Dr. Grainger took the time to listen to me and respond to me with information so I can choose my plan.

All good. Very nice dr.

I saw Dr Grainger as a knew patient d/t no longer able to see my previous Dr, I knew this Dr as my husband Dr and was extremely pleased with his care, so I rrequested him for my care.

Aside from MyChart, I've not received any follow-up on my recent lab work, even though my cholesterol numbers are VERY high. I would have expected a follow-up regarding that.

Dr. Grainger is very responsive, listens well, shows sincere interest in my needs and concerns.

Dr. Grainger is the best! We really appreciate him and the fact he always listens and he clearly cares. We are thankful for him and his team. Thank you!

the most important thing about Dr Grainger is that he listens to you , answers your questions and gives you all the time you need.

Dr. Grainger is the best in every possible way!

Dr. Grainger is always professional and caring.

I like my Dr. very much. Dr. Grainger is excellent in his care to me. I don't like the fact that I cannot often get an appointment with my doctor - Providence needs to allow reasonable time for the patients.

They our the best!

I've always had very attentive care by Dr Grainger and his nurses. [...] I have recommended Dr Grainger to others, including my sister.

Dr. Grainger has always made himself available to myself and my husband thru our electronic chart, by phone. He is always caring and professional. Thank you to Dr. Grainger and his team for making us feel confident in our medical care.

Dr Kevin Grainger is amazing, [...] He is the best Physician I have ever had

The last 3 times I have called in to schedule an appointment or refill a Rx the receptionist tone of voice was rude and gave the impression they wanted to end the call quick and wasn't sensitive to try and help me the best way they can.

I am really happy with dr. Grainger. he listens attentively and takes time to explain. I do wish that when he gives me referrals to other physicians I actually got to see that physician. I always end up with a nurse practioner when referred.

They are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

always good or i wouldn"t go there
