Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

she's really nice and sweet but I feel at times she can fail at my concerns to my problems espciially when test come back normal but my body's not doing what it should

I was good...

Excessive wait time on phone. I called 3 times and waited in over 20 minutes before having to hang up. [...] I have a good relationship with my doctor but the wait time to talk to a scheduler is ridiculous. Also, this is the first place that schedules lab visits. Usually I just show up and wait my turn, here I schedule my visit, show up and wait my turn.

Dr. E is a great primary care provider. I appreciate her approach to caring for me, and feel that I can always ask questions or bring up any concerns I have, and get them addressed quickly and helpfully.

They were very friendly and helpful...looking forward to seeing them in 6 months

My provider is amazing, I love her. The person who mixed up my labs so that I had to come back a few days later for a second pap, is not amazing.

I felt like many of my health concerns were not taken seriously. The exam felt perfunctory, and I may need to see another health care provider to get some actual tests run.

The reception team at this facility is awesome.

I've always had the best of care with this provider and the staff.!

Dr. Ensminger is amazing. I drive Vancouver to continue to have her a provider.

I really appreciate that my doctor takes the time to really listen to me and any concerns I have. She shows concerned for my physical as well as emotional and mental health.

I have a very good PCP. She is very attentive to my chronic issues.

they always on time for every need I want on time and I feel very very heath when everything taking care would want any other hostipal to care of me

Dr. Ensminger had been a good doctor for me and it's been great to be able to see the same doctor for multiple visits. Perhaps because I haven't had a lot of need to see a physician, I was passed around a bit. It is truly helpful to feel like a physician is familiar with your health history and needs.

Love Dr. Ensminger. My husband sees her too now based on my recommendation.

Somehow or another the staff at the Interstate Clinic managed to lose the urine sample that I provided during my last visit. This seems careless at best. I'm sure that the staff is busy but this seems like it should be a basic function.

It took awhile to get OT for my neuropathy and psychiatry @ 3 mos.

Very caring, understanding and sincere. She makes me very comfortable and feel that I matter to her!

I assumed this wasnt the right doctor to see for my situation and that proved to be true. Nothing against her but I have an ongoing (years) stomach issue and being told I have IBS isnt what I need to hear. Of course I have IBS. I need more in depth care and I'll have to go elsewhere for it, which is fine.

I was given a flu shot because I was flying four days later, at the doctor's suggestion. When I got home and read the paperwork it said it wasn't effective for two weeks. Also my arm hurt REALLY bad. My arm was so sore I couldn't sleep on it for days. It bruised my arm the size of a softball.

[...] ato the front was excellent. kind and professional

i mentioned having an eating disorder on my paperwork and probably should have addressed this during our appointment. was sorta taking the doctor's lead (she seemed to be going off of my paperwork) so i didn't bring it up, although i could have. would have appreciated the doctor asking me about it.

Overall I've had very good experiences. One note of (hopefully) constructive feedback: When I asked about minor health concerns in my most recent visit, the provider was very quick to offer an array of tests or other health services most of which seemed over the top and unnecessary given my positive health and heath history. She was certainly just trying to be helpful, but I can imagine another patient in a similar situation simply agreeing to these follow up services without realizing they aren't entirely necessary and unfortunately wind up with some very hefty medical bills.
