Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Dr. Chamie took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them thoughtfully and respectfully. I feel comfortable talking with her and she makes me feel like my time is important to her.

Concerns over infection were dismissed. 2 days later I had a massive infection. Explained after procedure my tolerance to Oxycodone and it's ineffectiveness for pain management. Was given a prescription for Oxycodone. When it did not help, asked for different medication on the 2nd day. Was told I would need to come in, as I should not have been in much pain.

My provider was really good.

Dr. Chami has always listened to my opinions and concerns. We continue to disagree on a specific treatment to the extent that I am in search of a physician that will agree will my prior physicians on a treatment that provided me with a high rate of relief and succeeded in far less days of what I feel are unnecessary discomfort and pain.

Open, a good listener, engaging, efficient, I absolutely trust her.

Dr. Chamie made it her mission to get to the bottom of my 2 year cough and she succeeded by sending me to an ENT. I NO longer have a horrible nagging cough!

Dr. Chamie is always very caring, patient & understanding of my health issues.

Every visit/experience I've had has been great.

I have always had the best care with my doctors.

I was very happy with my health care.

Dr. Rima Chamie is a great doctor. She knowledgeable, professional and patient.

Dr Chamie is wonderful, dedicated, and sensitive. [...] I have had consistently erasing experiences with providence practitioners: dr Chamie is a shining exception.

Everything was superb!

Dr. Chamie is excellent. Always responds to tests or any questions promptly on My Chart. She always has a smile for everyone.

All my visits with this office and staff including Dr Chamie and her colleagues has been a helpful and positive experience . l trust her opinion and follow her advice,I would recommend her to my friends and family.

I have recommended this and my other providers to a good friend and she is now seeing Providence care professionals.

every time i am there for an appointment for myself or children it is always a thirty min to an hour wait past my appointment time to see my provider. I am now sending my children to another provider and when my care plan is done i may be leaving as well

Dr Rima and her nurse are the beay providers. .my kids love to see them and I feel comfortable with themand talking about my and my kids health. .they are care full and nice and I definitely will recommend them to friends. .already did.

the amount of time in the waiting room and exam room was excessive. appointment started a half hour after scheduled. it took two hours for a wellness check up for one person and that seems ridiculous.

During this visit, I had a good experiences.

I enjoy working with this provider. she is knowledgeable, open and honest.

Dr Chamie is great! Very caring and giving the best possible care.

she was awesome

Couldn't receive the medication changes that I needed - this appt took me a month to get in, and understandably I need to see the psychiatrist, but it would have been nice to get on the psychiatrist waitlist when I originally called in.
