Providence Milwaukie Foundation adds two physicians to board

Providence Milwaukie Foundation has added two physicians with longtime connections to the hospital to the board for three-year terms:
Mari Ricker, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician who has served with Providence Medical Group-Milwaukie since 2006. Dr. Ricker earned her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson. She completed her internship and residency at Oregon Health & Science University, serving as chief resident in 2005-06.
Dr. Ricker is a faculty member with Providence Oregon Family Medicine Residency Program and is an affiliate assistant professor of family medicine at Oregon Health & Science University. Her clinical practice is located in the Providence Milwaukie Healing Place, where she cares for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Dr. Ricker is also a trustee on the board for the Oregon Medical Association, representing the Oregon Academy of Family Physicians.
Jason Sundseth, M.D., an emergency medicine physician, has been on staff at Providence Milwaukie Hospital since 2006. Hailing from Yakima, Wash., Dr. Sundseth is a graduate of University of Washington and received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He did his residency training in emergency medicine at Oregon Health & Science University. He spent a year practicing medicine in at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, Australia, and is active with the Medical Teams International disaster response team.
