Alicia Like, M.Ed., BCBA, clinical director of autism behavioral consulting Vancouver has more than six years experience as both a classroom special education teacher as well as a behavior analyst.

Heather Schwartz, M.Ed., BCBA, clinical director of autism behavioral consulting Portland has over 20 years of experience in the field working as a classroom special education teacher, respite care provider and behavior analyst.

Both Heather and Alicia are passionate about helping caregivers and families understand challenging behaviors in a variety of settings as well as equipping them with strategies for addressing those behaviors.
