This class will address most of the symptoms of Parkinson’s from posture and movement to facial expression and voice in a fun, non-threatening environment. Using a variety of activities such as Tai Chi, Pilates, strength training and functional movements, we will work to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility and balance.
