Cancellations
Requests for cancellation must written and sent by email to Provbrain.academy@providence.org. Since the course for which you registered has a fee and you paid online, if you find that you are unable to attend the conference, please contact us as soon as possible as a courtesy to those who may be waiting for a spot.
To receive a refund, the cancellation notice must be received 14 days in advance of the event. You will be issued a full refund in the same form of payment that the registration was received.
