Getting Started

As a member you have a fitness specialist providing expertise and encouragement to help you stick with your program. New members start out with a through fitness assessment. Based on your results and your personal goals, we will design an exercise program to meet your specific needs at no extra cost.

Your fitness appointments include

  • A functional movement screening to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns
  • Recommended corrective exercises
  • A review of your medical and exercise history
  • Goal setting
  • A personalized exercise program
  • An exercise program update

Membership Fees and Dues

Our facility is open to anyone. Discounts are offered to Providence Health Plan members and to those referred by a physician or health care provider. Please review our membership information page or call 503-216-6606 for more information.
