Lillian Young feels that making a difference in women’s lives is rewarding and fulfilling. “If women are supported during their childbearing experience,” she says, “they will gain strength that will assist them in parenting and other life challenges.” Her special professional interests are breastfeeding, endocrinology and infertility.
Lillian has worked as a registered nurse for more than 20 years in various units including labor and delivery, newborn nursery, NICU and postpartum. Lillian has more than eight years of experience providing prenatal and postpartum care.
She and her husband have six children. Her family’s interests include music, cheerleading, art and soccer.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Utah before becoming a certified nurse midwife and completing a master’s degree in nursing from Oregon Health & Science University.
