About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. said he would alow me to see a PT. Front desk said the pt would call me to set appointment. No call so I went to Provident PT in E.P. and no referral. Since I can never get a tele call thru I went back to office. Office personal could find no record of PT. They said they would get it. I stated want to see Ep. PT instead. Days went buy and EP. PT has not request for PT. Called Dr. office and they claim they have now sent out authorization to see me. I really question this but I will await to see if I get the call. Good Luck. I think the staff has to many patients and are over worked.

Dr. Wilk talked to the computer rather than actually looking at me and talking to me and asking me questions. He was continuously looking into his "phone" re: medications I'm taking and looking at my medical records. I didn't feel like he was interested in what I had to say only what was on paper and the phone. I would like a provider that is interested in what I am in to see him for rather than the provider looking at the computer at all times or his phone. This visit gave me the impression that Dr. Wilk was NOT interested in what was going on with me but rather questioned everything that I am taking medication wise and then ordered tests.

I wish Dr. Wilk had taken more time to explain blood test results. He sort of mumbled and mmmmed through the results on the computer screen, but said very little to me directly. When I got home, I printed off the lab results and have been trying to work my way through them with the help of a medical dictionary. I still don't understand if there are any results that are a concern, other than cholestrol. I would greatly appreciate more explanation and direct eye contact with me as well as more time to ask questions.
