Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

I asked about seeing someone, and they did not call as promised.

she is competent and very good at her job. I wouldn't trade her anyone else.

[...] Everything was Great. Thank You

every time I have a concern with my health, I contact my provider (Kimberly). she is always on top of the issue and is there to help solve the issues in a timely manner. I could not ask for a better doctor than Kimberly Whebe. I appreciate Kim so much. She has help me so much physical, mentally and emotionally.

Very matter of fact, but with respect for how sensitive the issue was to me.

I have never been seen on time or even close to it. for instance, my last appointment was scheduled for 5:20pm. I did not see my provider until 5:50pm. it honestly is enough to make me want to switch. it's a waste of my time

my experiences has been awesome with my provider.

She does the job right and isn't aggressive with me.

I have always have a nice visit with Dr Wehbe

I have been completely satisfied with Kim and trust her judgement totally. I feel comfortable discussing personal issues with her and feel she is on point with my health and considerate and listens to me.

Dr. Wehbe has provided me with good care since I began seeing her.

FNP Wehbe, is always attentive and on top of my somewhat unique care [...] she's been on top of her game and has kept me at very minimal hospitalization. Many Thanks Jr., Dr., Kimberly.

I am changing my PCP.

I also liked the CNA (I think that was her title) that began my chart. She was easy to talk to and very relaxed and clear.

Sometimes the focus on getting information into the computer, seems to be a priority over making eye contact and conversing.

Kim is awesome. She gets me. she has compassion as a provider. She does not make me feel like I am a hypochondriac like some of the other providers in your clinic.

Very good.

A very good and polite courtesy.

My care provider listens very well, spends time with me on my health issues, responds promptly to my questions on MyChart. She is open minded about how I perceive my health issues and my ideas for healing. She is very bright and, while maybe not as knowledgeable as some MDs, she is very good at investigating issues and consulting with specialists. I think that she is an excellent care provider.

I feel like some of my issues are not taken as seriously as I would like them to be.

I love Kim. I have been with her for 5 years. That is what makes for good health care.

My care provider is very conscientious and considerate. I am very satisfied with the care provided to me and will continue to see this provider.

Ms. Wehbe was an excellent provider. [...] just moved to Oregon, that being said, I don't have any prior medical records here. Her and her team at The PMG location I went to went above and beyond what one would expect from a standard practice to help me obtain the information/vaccinations/tests and results I needed [...]. This was my first visit with PMG and specifically Ms. Wehbe and I will continue to use PMG and my new family doctor.

I had never seen the PA before. I was expecting the visit to be about the fact that I had pneumonia at the time, and about how best to do self care at home so I would recover. Instead the visit was mostly about various other chronic health issues I have, which were NOT my primary concern at that time. I still do not know as much as I would like about the progression of how I will recover from pneumonia [...]

Competent and efficient.

I have always had good experiences with my health care provider. She has always had my best interest at heart. I am so grateful to have a knowledgeable, wise and caring provider. I wish my pass experiences with [...] providers were as great as the experiences I am having with my current health care provider. If Kim were to leave, I would follow her where she practice. she makes me fell safe and knowledgeable when it come to my overall health. I have never had a bad experience with my health care provider
