About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

It would be nice to be greeted with a little smile when they ask can we help you. You know not many people like going to the doctor so a friendly voice and a smile sure can help , I understand this is a medical office but we are not at a morgue yet.

Dr. Tran doesn't listen very well, and shows little interest in minor medical problems I mentioned to her. She is friendly, but depends on her computer screen for most of the visit.

Sometimes when I say I have a feeling or gut instinct about my body that I am trying to explain, she does not listen.

I love Dr Tran. She is awesome. She listens and talks to me like an adult and is not condescending. She covers all options and looks into things that I say. She has a great personality. Whats not to like?

I am very much impressed with how Dr Tran handled my diabetes. She let me try controlling my blood sugar using natural means. She then asked me to come back after 3 months to assess if there is a need for me to take medication.

It seems to me over the last few years that medical providers have become less hands on with patients and more computer operators. when I see my doctor I receive actual examination less and less. She looked in my ears, looked at my throat, and listened to my heart all in under 2 minutes. The rest of my 30 minute appointment was spent on the computer. I'm not sure what I expect, but more personal interaction seems more appropriate.

Dr Tran was over the top in her care of and for me. Her knowledge & concern were genuine. I had just come out of a very bad experience with another Dr. She was thrilled to see my improvement. She accurately updated my medical history as well.

It would be good if she asked how existing health issues are going instead only focusing on specific appointment need. Sometimes it seems as though appointments are rushed so I make appointments first in morning when possible. [...]
