About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Wouldn't want anyone else!!

Dr. Talbot is a godsend - so grateful that she's my primary care provider.

I find this doctor very caring, professional and an excellent provider.

Dr. Talbot wanted me to have echocardiogram and told me someone would call to schedule appointment, but to date have not been called. E-mailed Dr. Talbot yesterday that this has not happened. Communication between depts. sometimes a problem.

I've been seeing Dr. Talbot for many years. There's no overstating the quality and care she shows towards the advice, understanding and actions for my healthcare. She is an excellent physician and person.

The nurse or aid that took my blood pressure, etc., did not seem very knowledgeable. She could not answer my questions about blood pressure numbers.

I have been with Dr. Talbot for over 15 yrs. - have no plans to leave her.

Always - Good communication -

Dr. Talbot helped me through a very difficult year [...]. She was our family doctor including my grown daughter's, her husband & daughter. She is an excellent dr. & even better person. She really cares about her patients.
