About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Cara was great! Very professional yet very friendly and I found it easy to speak to her about my concerns. She was a great listener as well.

The office opened at 8 - my appt. was scheduled for 8 - I didn't get in until almost 8:20 and had to remind them that when I made the appt. I had specifically verified that I would be out of there in time to get to a [...] appt. It worked out, but was a bit stressful.

This was the first time I'd ever seen Dr. Streit. It was because my GYN Dr. [...] wasn't available. I was quite pleased with Dr. Streit. She was thorough, informative, and caring.

This was my first prenatal visit. Dr. Streit was okay but didn't like me asking questions was the impression I got. I did not demand a lot of time by asking two questions but she just wanted me to read the packet of prenatal info. of course I will read it but was hoping for a warm caring bedside manner which did not happen. otherwise she was fine and the MA was very nice.
