Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

I always feel heard and appreciate how long the appointments are.

providers are very attentive to my needs and go above and beyond by asking me additional questions such as my stress health state.

I have never felt safe tell I got you guys as a doctor's office for me & my baby.

This provider was missing some appropriate bed-side manner and didn't look at my chart closely. I left feeling confused and anxious about my pregnancy because of the appointment. I felt pushed into a scheduled appointment with a social worker even though I didn't want one, I was lead to believe that I am might be overweight but given no clear answer or diet plan, and lastly I was asked if I was "unsure about my pregnancy" because I waited to come in until a little later in my first trimester. The appointment made me feel anxious and like I was doing everything wrong. I don't think the provider was coming from a bad place but rather was just unaware of the situation and didn't look at my chart closely enough.

She was great!

I've been unbelievably impressed with the care I receive at the WC--your midwives, doulas, MAs and receptionists are all amazing! I happen to be a supervisor with Providence and I see them using their HRO skills but I also see them working with compassion and excellence continuously. My fears/anxieties as a first time mommy have been met with gentleness and reassurance. I never feel like I'm asking a stupid question and I seriously can't wait to have my sweet girl with these ladies supporting me.
