About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr Shenoy is personable, easy to talk with, listens and responds appropriately. This was an initial visit to a new provider following the retirement of my previous provider. Dr Shenoy's follow-up timeline differs from the prior provider's, and I do not yet know if this will meet my expectations.

The only complaint was the longer than usual wait in line at reception during the last visit. There were two attendants instead of the usual four. I suffer from leg pain and use a walker, and was uncomfortable with no place to sit.

I first saw my provider in the emergency part of this building. I had a previous provider in this clinic for a very short time and wanted to change doctors. I had such a good experience with my present provider that I switched to him and have been very very happy ever since. My husband goes to him as well and has many health issues and is also very happy. I have referred other friends and family members to him as well. Few doctors have his level of not just expertise, but care and concern as well. He makes excellent decisions when referral to specialists are needed. He is simply GREAT and I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor!

My doctor is great. Tied for the best doctor I've ever had. Smart. Listens well. Informative. Right on top of things. And he is a good story teller. I don't feel like I am rushed. He's got the pacing down.

I think you're amazing. Easy email conversations with my doctor, tests scheduled quickly and effortlessly, the blood draws were painless, quick and they only needed two vials for a billion tests. Results on line within 24 hours, some within 8 hours. Everything on line. Doctor Shenoy makes me instantly at ease (I HATE going to the doctor) and makes me feel as if he cares about my well-being as much as my medical state. I am very glad he's my primary care guy!

Provider is outstanding, but the wait time to check in is terrible - nearly 20 minutes in a queue of about 15 people is totally unacceptable. This not the first time. In fact I always arrive at least 20 minutes early, because I know from experience it will be up to 40 minutes before I actually see the doctor.

Had an issue with getting my prescriptions called in timely for a med I have been on for several years after coming in for an office visit specifical so the prescription could be updated. It was for an anxiety medication that had run out and needed. Being out of it while under extreme stress at work gave me more anxiety! I was not pleased. I'm still wait for the second (not urgent prescription to be called in to my pharmactist. )
