About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. I absolutely love everyone at the Battle Ground office. The receptionists are all wonderful and caring as are the Medical Assistants and Saubia and Dr. [...]. They are all so caring and kind.

I have been going to the BG Office with my family for 5 years. They are wonderful, would not want to go anywhere else for my primary care. My PCP is Dr. [...] (superstar), but we have never seen anyone at that office who was not also wonderful, compassionate and focused on our care.

Saubia ALWAYS been amazing! I hope I can always see her because she listens, understands & helps in every way possible.

I came in with a respiratory infection. Saubia Saeed took a personal interest in my health and prescribed the medication I needed. I think she went beyond treating just the symptoms. And she ran blood tests to rule out any underlying concern. She found that I am deficient in Vitamin D and took care of this as soon as the results came back. I would like to thank her for the fine care and I think she is setting a good example for others in your organization.

saubia was VERY unprofessional. First she made a political comment regarding our President and the lack of ease in obtaining prescriptions in the US. She then went on to not listen to me about my illness and gave me a prescription that I needed immediately but told me to wait 4 days before beginning to take it, which was terrible advice. at the end of the appointment she asked me several personal questions regarding my husbands self employment that were neither relevant or necessary. I told he that, and she continued to prod at the answers. I was offended more than once by her and though her lack of respect for our country was a slap in the face. I felt more like I was in a debate rather than being cared for in a doctors office. Very disappointing and disturbing to say the least. She does not deserve the job or opportunity if this is how she is treating patients.

my appointment was quite long, and my doctor took her time and covered any concerns I had.I felt at ease with her and had confidence in her.

She was amazing. So good that I would like to switch to this provider as my primary care provider.

Saubia is very patient, caring, and listens. Takes time and is very personable. If she weren't my doctor, she would be a friend I would like to have.

I felt that PA Saubia Saeed was an 11 out of 10. I didn't feel rushed. In fact I was amazed at how much time she spent with me. She was extremely clear about all of the information she gave me. I was actually disappointed that I couldn't make her my primary provider though I was told I could request her specifically. Honestly, she is pretty amazing.

Dr. Saeed is always very attentive & listens to (and responds to) my concerns. She is a exceptional doctor.

Saubia was very thorough and listened carefully. I felt she understood my health issue and pursued the avenues needed to help.

she was very understanding, patient, and kind

in my PCP's absence, Mrs. Saeed fielded many questions concerning my recent fall [...]. Apparently she had no other appointments because she spent over an hour taking care of my aches and pains. She is very thorough and suggested I have another bone density scan soon because of the many bobne I broke in the last six years

I did ask for a flu shot ahead of time (before the day of the appointment), but did not receive it.

I appreciate the time spent with me. I do think in an abundance of caution that more was required of me to do and it did not lead to a solution of my health problem at this time.

She was kind and listened to my problem before deciding to send me to a specialist. I really didn't want to to go to another doctor but she explained that it could be a simple food poisoning but with my history I really should consider getting it checked out. I like that she took the time to explain it to me.

It is apparently hard to establish care which is frustrating. Having to call 2 months ahead for a 1st time appointment is a little much.

Prescription medication was never called in when they said it was. Husband had to finally get a hard copy from the off I e. I've never in my life seen such disregard for medication that was needed.
