The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

She was absolutely amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and she connected with me. She was very good at her job and she really tried to get to the root of everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. In all the years that I have been going to doctors I have never had such an amazing first impression or someone who I clicked with as I did with her. She was hands down the best doctor or doctor assistant I have met.

Saubia has always been great to me. I prefer seeing her over my primary care physician. She always listens and explains things so I understand them better. She also remembers details about me that arent health related and always makes me feel impotant. You need tp hire more physicians like her!
