About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I'm very happy with Providence Hospital and all stuff.

Dr. Rodgers has been my healthcare provider for 15 years and I know am getting the very best of care. She is amazing.

My care has always been excellent.

We spent 2 hours at this appointment for a well-child check for a 5 year old and immunizations of a 5 year old & 2 year old. We were seen by the MA & MD for maybe 20 minutes total of this time - I expect quicker & more prompt care.

Dr. Rodgers always listens and understands my anxieties and depression very well. She is always upbeat and eases my fears.

very receptive to my needs from a medical standpoint. She respects my input about my health history.

I am very satisfied with Dr Rodgers as my primary care physician. I enjoy my visits with her and she has been thorough in addressing my concerns.

I wouldn't trade Dr. Rodgers for anybody! I love her as my PC as she understands and encourages me always!!

I felt she focused a bit too much on her own experience with a similar medical issue, rather than really paying attention to my experience with that issue. I do appreciate the empathetic approach, but I didn't feel that she quite heard what I was saying.

dr. tammy is awesome

Tami has treated myself and family members like we were a part of her family. She is Very easy to talk to, trust, and take care of my health and mental health. I like that she is open to my crazy ideas and helps mold them into better ideas when it comes to my health. I would love it if my family could see her as well [...]

she tends to not really hear what the patient is telling her. she always has her own agenda. [...]

I was so pleased when I found Dr. Rogers. She is personable and I feel very comfortable talking to her. She always comes in the room with great energy and a smile and it immediately relaxes me. I have referred her to family and friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Tammy is a great doctor. Been with her for almost 15 yrs. She knows me well.

Dr Rodgers goes far beyond her medical responsibilities in caring for her clients. She is intent on getting you through whatever you may be facing. She restores faith in good- excellent health care providers and being heard and respected!!! She gets a 10+ inn my care

respect my provider and feel she listens to my concerns and acts accordingly.

If Dr. Rodgers is not available a physician from her care team attends to my issues.

Dr Rodgers was amazing and I felt cared for, but it is very very obvious that I need to beg for health care. I have a family history of medical issues. [...] Newberg town complains a lot about the "customer service" and feeling like a number. [...]

I've been a patient of Dr. Tami Rodgers for a number of years. I really appreciate her and her concern for my medical needs. She knows my history and I feel better seeing her rather than one of your other providers, mainly because I have a long medical history and she knows about it. There is no need to try to explain everything to another doctor.

Tamara Rodgers is a great physician and is always very helpful and caring.

I always appreciate Dr. Rodgers open mind to alternative options, attentiveness, relatability and being relevant. She's the best.

Best doctor ever

She has always been friendly, never pushy, never arrogant. And she listens well.

I've always had excellent care from Dr. Rodgers and the staff

Tami and her staff are always pleasant and easy to talk to. Overall, she is the best provider I have ever seen.

Tami is always very thorough and open and honest with her feedback. I valve her greatly as my provider and respect her judgement and integrity.

I think Dr. Rodgers is VERY good at explaining how any why she makes her medical recommendations and discusses everything in easy to understand termonoligies.
