About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Rodgers immediately puts one at ease. She interacts on a personal level. It is so wonderful to spend so much time in a conversation about my health and any concerns I have. I have never had a physician who engaged in a discussion versus dictating statements about my health.

She always listens and it open to exploring other methods of treatment besides medication. Relevant and relatable.

The only complaint I've ever had for Dr. Rodgers is that it's sometimes hard to get in to see her. That seems to be a bit better now. Dr. Rodgers is one of the only doctors who understands my sensitivity to medications and treats me accordingly.

my experience is always good, however I have a diagnosis that physicians know very little about and don't spend much time learning about it or staying abreast of current practices. there are no specialists for this condition in the northwest and I have to rely on my PCP to help me, but I know more about the disease than my doctor. she did educate herself early on, and I trust her...but it would be helpful if you could develope a couple of physicians who could become more knowledgeable regarding this condition.

My only negative experience is that the provider is frequently running late. Once this year I was her first appointment of the day, and I still waited in the exam room for more than 15 minutes before she came in.
