About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Rogers-Robey always gives excellent care. I have full confidence in her skills and abilities. While I have dreaded going to visit a doctor in the past, I have felt comfortable with visiting her when necessary ever since my first visit. She is respectful, non-judgmental, helpful, a good listener, and provides great individualized information. She makes suggestions and gives encouragement, but let's me make my own sound decisions. I am grateful for her services.

I appreciated being seen by a member of my PCP's care team, as my PCP [...] had a booked schedule until later in the months.

Always a pleasure going in for a visit. Always leave feeling better and more confident in my health. Dr. Rodgers-Robey is very much on top of her game and I really get a sense that she is invested in my well being. I feel like I can ask her anything and she takes me seriously. She takes the time to give me enough information as well as her medical perspective which is appreciated. I've never had an experience where I felt like my questions were a waste of time with Dr. Rodgers-Robey and for this I am grateful as I have experienced this with other doctors. I already recommend Dr. Rodgers-Robey to many, even though often they already have doctors.

She listens and is truly concerned about my health. I give her a list of all my medical history visits with my other doctors and she appreciated that. I let her know my recent immunizations that she has recommended so she can put them in my record. All in all, Dr. Rodgers-Robey is an excellent doctor and so caring.

The provider was excellent, but I waited in the office room for 30+ minutes.

I like Dr. Rogers-Robey, but I always feel very rushed during my appointments. I know doctors are short on time and have a lot of patients, and this problem is certainly not limited to her. However, I always feel like I am being rushed out the door and do not feel comfortable bringing up concerns or asking questions. During my "new patient" visit, which was supposed to be 40 minutes, I don't think I was actually with the doctor for more than 15 minutes. I have medical concerns which I have not brought up, because I don't feel there will be time to do so adequately.

This provider has much improved. My first visit with her 3 years ago she rushed me and did not hear my concerns. This time she addressed everything courteously and took the time. I was disappointed that she and my specialist did not have better communication. She asked if I seen him recently and I had to tell her that he told me I didn't have to go back or for CT. Concerning that she didn't know

Always great care and customer service. I saw Dr [...] for many, many years so the transition to a new Dr was a bit hard but they made it easier with how nice everyone is and Dr Rogers has been great now that I have gotten to know her. [...] In my opinion Providence is doing an exceptional job!
