Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I have recommended her to several people, she is a great Dr and really takes the time to listen to you, she is fantastic! I actually started at this clinic with a different Dr but after seeing Melissa one time I switched to her as my primary

She follows my diabetes closely & explains what I need to do!

Dr. Melissa Rodgers- Robey is the very best, that is the main reason I still see her for my on-going health treatment, she is real and she cares.

I have had numerous urine tests done checking for infection and blood, and I always got right in, and the results timely.

Extremely pragmatic, very good communicator...I always feel like I have quality time with her.

Staff are very friendly & respectful.

My care provider is outstanding. She is thoughtful and adapts to individuals and their needs.

I'm very happy with the service I received. :-)

Dr. Rogers-Rubey is very caring and has excellent info - & ideas on how to stay healthy.

I absolutely love my doctor and the office staff. I have always gotten the care I needed above and beyond what I would expect from my PCP. She listens, she is helpful and she always has the answers to my questions.

I feel a true connection with my Doctor. She is sensitive, kind and knowledgable. We have real conversations about how and what I'm doing. She respects me as a person, and is very easy to communicate with. I feel as if she is genuinely my friend.

It was great. A little rushed though

Dr. Rogers-Robey always gives excellent care. I have full confidence in her skills and abilities. While I have dreaded going to visit a doctor in the past, I have felt comfortable with visiting her when necessary ever since my first visit. She is respectful, non-judgmental, helpful, a good listener, and provides great individualized information. She makes suggestions and gives encouragement, but let's me make my own sound decisions. I am grateful for her services.

I really trust and respect my doctor.

Always has a positive attitude and practical advice

I appreciated being seen by a member of my PCP's care team, as my PCP [...] had a booked schedule until later in the months.

I received better service and had a better experience with this provider than with other providers in this clinic.

she is an amazing physician that exemplifies my values - healthy food and exercise - is my health and my medicine. She listens and supports my choices.

Always a pleasure going in for a visit. Always leave feeling better and more confident in my health. Dr. Rodgers-Robey is very much on top of her game and I really get a sense that she is invested in my well being. I feel like I can ask her anything and she takes me seriously. She takes the time to give me enough information as well as her medical perspective which is appreciated. I've never had an experience where I felt like my questions were a waste of time with Dr. Rodgers-Robey and for this I am grateful as I have experienced this with other doctors. I already recommend Dr. Rodgers-Robey to many, even though often they already have doctors.

She listens and is truly concerned about my health. I give her a list of all my medical history visits with my other doctors and she appreciated that. I let her know my recent immunizations that she has recommended so she can put them in my record. All in all, Dr. Rodgers-Robey is an excellent doctor and so caring.

The provider was excellent, but I waited in the office room for 30+ minutes.

I like Dr. Rogers-Robey, but I always feel very rushed during my appointments. I know doctors are short on time and have a lot of patients, and this problem is certainly not limited to her. However, I always feel like I am being rushed out the door and do not feel comfortable bringing up concerns or asking questions. During my "new patient" visit, which was supposed to be 40 minutes, I don't think I was actually with the doctor for more than 15 minutes. I have medical concerns which I have not brought up, because I don't feel there will be time to do so adequately.
