About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

the Dr. was professional, the staff less than friendly

respectful doctor. but it takes way too much time to get an appointment to see him. even on follow-up care which he says should be in say three weeks it may take 6 weeks to get that follow-up care

I'm very pleased with the current care of my health care providers. my level of care has been excellent

The care was excellent!

This was my first visit to see Dr. Riley, I was impressed with his concerns about my hart issues. He explained the tests that would be necessary to see exactly what was going on with my hart. [...] Over all I was pleased with the procedure. [...]

was interested in wat I ad to say

I had a good physical exam and he had a thorough knowledge of my history. However I have other conditions that present some of the same symptoms as the cardiac ones. I had questions that involved these other conditions that he didn't want to discuss.

Love Dr. Riley!!

Dr. Riley was very good about all my questions and even brought up some I had forgotten about.
