Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Scheduling the echo cardiogram was difficult - two orders were put in, one was cancelled, everyone was confused.

Dr Remick is a great doctor, but it seems like when I call that the communication between the the clerk & the nurse gets lost, because the nurse won't call back. This is after the nurse calls me & leaves a message for me to call your office. I have to call several times. I have experienced this over the years.

I've chosen to leave [...] after being with them for over 50 years. [...] I have also used other providers such as Providence and [...]. It's becoming very hard to get results from critical tests, and to get an appointment when needed. I've found it easier to get an appointment when needed at Providence clinics, and have been seen promptly following events or hospitalization.Providence is now closer to where I live, and it will be easier for me to travel to appointments.
