Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

To get appointment in somewhat reasonable timeframe, I usually end up with a PA. This can be fine but I often get a PA who is a bit officious and condescending so I end up going to an urgent care facility instead.

I have seen Dr Reay for quite some time I feel that there is so much pressure on her as a provider to be quick and get patients moving that she does not get the time to just be present with her patients. not only as a care provider is she in charge of guiding patients to recovery..I feel she needs more self care time for her to at least breathe and have some self care time to regenerate. theore systems overload the entity is placing ther more at risk you are to lose quqlity. I prefer quality vs. quantity.

I appreciated Dr. Reay's practicality. When I asked her for referrals to gyn and dermatologist, she said she could cover those areas for me since I have no unusual conditions. Plus she allowed me to defer a bone density test a few more years. In this era of over-reliance on specialists, it was refreshing to have someone dial back.

I absolutely love my provider. I was referred to her by my chiropractor and she works together with a team of other doctors to provide excellent care. She explains things very well and I always feel that she cares about finding a solution to help me feel better and get well. [...]

Dr Reay is by far the best provider I have ever had. She is very bright, engaging and listens well. I work at [...] and Providence is considered out of network, but there is no way I would ever change from Providence. The other providers she works with are very competent and available to see me when I am sick and she can't.

Dr Reay is the best primary care physician I have ever had in my 81 plus years of life. Having worked for a doctor for approx 15 years, I'm am knowledgeable and critical of physicians and how patients should be treated. I learned many years ago that a good doctor listens to the patient, learns and forms a diagnosis from there. Dr Reay is an exceptional doctor and I'm lucky my health and life are in her hands.

My health care provider is excellent - knowledgeable, intelligent, sensitive, and accessible. Her practice has been - at least in the past, but not true of my most recent visit - pressed for time because of the abundance of patients she sees (because she is excellent, intelligent, etc.). Ideally, you would hire more providers to take off some of the pressure, but I know you are trying to stretch resources like everyone else. It's a tough balance to achieve. For both parties, it is difficult to communicate as quickly and efficiently as tight scheduling demands, especially if trying to practice preventative medicine, not just treat the crisis at hand.

When I first started to see Dr. Reay 15 years ago, she was excellent! It now seems to be she is so busy, she doesn't have the time she needs for the patient. So sad!

Percentage of time spent with focus on computer=80%. Percent spent making eye contact and listening to me=10%. And 10% discussing future tests and wellness visit. I wish computers were not part of the Doctor/patient experience but I guess those days are over

I consistently have an issue with this caregiver over keeping patients waiting too long. I do not like early morning appts because they mess up my morning, but I frequently make them with her because later in the day I wait 50 minutes or more to see her AFTER the scheduled time for the appt.

I've seen Dr. Reay for many years. She's an excellent doctor and several years ago I would have rated her a ten out of ten. Over the years, however, she has gotten so busy she is rushed during appointments, has become impatient and doesn't want to deal with anything except the one primary reason I came in. I don't feel as though I can bring up anything else. [...]

Dr. Reay is undoubtedly very busy, but takes the time to get my questions answered; she listens to my concerns; and has recommended other doctors when needed, and I've been satisfied with them, as well. There are not enough positive adjectives to rate Dr. Reay. She's a credit to the profession.
