Dr. Reahl seems to have prepared for my visit, listens patiently, and is clear in his summary. His staff is courteous and efficient.

I would like my headache doctor to discuss past my treatment and experiences. I would also like him to explore other treatment options like nutrition, TMJ evaluation, wellness practices like exercise and meditation, and quality of sleep.

Your service is terrible. It is clear that I am just a number in your charts. Calling this office for help is a fools errand and this doctor doesn't seem to care about much more than shuffling people through the door as quickly as possible anyway. If you call for assistance, you will wait 8 hours for nothing. You better call back to follow up or you will be completely forgotten. I am going to ask my GP for another referral as soon as possible.

The first time I saw this provider, he had looked through my case and was very familiar with everything and was excellent. The second time I saw this provider, he was running late and did not know everything that I felt he should know. [...]

No follow-up after appointment with blood test results. Do not know if I should call for another appointment or what my next move should be. Totally in the dark.

I don't feel the assessment of my condition is consistent from one visit to the next. I'm not sure if I don't understand what is being explained or if the doctor doesn't review my file carefully enough before the visit.
