About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I didn't need explanation of med or lab work since I was seeing Dr in 2 days. I respect Dr Reahl and value his advice.

My doctor is smart and kind. He has helped me get back on track with selfcare. He pays attention.

Dr. Reahl is so easy to be with. I can talk to him about anything - he also can help with my husband although he is not a patient - Dr. Reahl CARES!

My mother sees Dr Reahl for dementia and I am her POA. I send a message prior to visits and he always addresses my concerns during visits. He is respectful to my mother and includes her in discussions even thought she doesn't retain information.

My experience with Dr. Reihl as always is professional and focused on my needs. I appreciate that very much. This appointment I was greeted by a new receptionist who was so positive and friendly that she deserves a mention. Unfortunately I do not remember her name.
