About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Dr. Ready is exceptional... caught my melanoma when I wasn't even aware of it. Early detection = excellent outcome -

One hour wait to see the provider

I moved to Hood River and needed to find a new doctor locally. We went over all my medical history. I never felt rushed. I feel she listen to me and answered all my question. My only issue was that the first appointment was scheduled out almost 2 months.

Dr Ready always takes the time to answer all of my questions and followed up through My Chart with any information that she needed to research. She's always professional and relaxed, providing a very comfortable experience for me.

My care provider treats me for diabetes only, and seems to be unconcerned about my anxiety or lack of good sleep, things I have mentioned. She seems to be reluctant to give me what I say works, even though at 65, I have a proven record of not abusing these medications. Also, I have tried to get them to use my given name [...], but since records are kept with my first name [...], it is still used many times causing anxiety and stress due to my documented PTSD. [...]

I always receive the best of care throughout.

I always look forward to seeing Dr Ready. She is very on top of all of my medical issues and is very helpful with recommendations.

Excellent care I receive from Dr. Ready., and her referrals to other doctors.

I was seeking to establish a regular care physician - not a good match. Need to keep looking. I filled out my entire medical history before I got there and she didn't refer to it. She seemed hung up on a past emergency room visit that had been resolved and talked into a voice to test device while looking at me. Awkward.

I think Doctor Ready is a good Physician with a high degree of knowledge. But I do not feel at easy when she walks in. She's in perfect health and beams with it. I suffer a lot in my life with things I can't control, and she knows this. But I get the feeling I'm on an assembly line and if she can't adjust me, I'm moved along. I've had only a few who I felt had empathy for my situation and made me feel they were there for me.

Appreciate Dr. Ready's thoroughness, openness, attentiveness in the clinical setting, and her vast knowledge and discernment of diagnostic criteria and research on wide range of conditions.

Dr, Ready is always attentive and responsive to my needs. I also appreciate her preventive health approach.

always good care

Very happy with Dr. Ready who has my complete confidence.

she is the best i have ever had, listens and explains and doesnt appear hurried. i go once a year to her for my yearly physical, and feel that through her advice and care, i havent had to go to the dr during the year. I know though that if i do need to go to the office, i will be able to do that quickly.

I have no complaints except waiting forever.

Generally very good care. Some records from previous providers were not available. My bad.

It is time for me to move on to a different physician.

only seems to dwell on one issue not what I need help for!

Jodi Ready is professional compassionate knowledgeable...speaks in a manner that I understand. Her staff is welcoming and professional. My lab work comes into MyChart...thus not necessary for staff to contact me regarding my blood work.

Dr. Ready is the best Dr. that I've ever had.

I look forward to my annual check ups with Dr. Ready.

This is the first time I've seen Dr Ready as my previous Dr is no longer available. I didn't need any referrals but she did schedule a blood test for me with my oncologist for my yearly check up. she went over my history and records and made sure she was familiar with my case. she was personable and made a couple of recommendations. I plan on seeing her again next year unless I need to see her sooner for some reason.

Dr. Ready spent a lot of time with me because it was my initial visit. she will be my primary doctor in the summer. I have a doctor in CO in the winter. we are trying to combine electronic medical records from two different systems. I feel confident that I have made the right choice in Dr. Ready for my summer doctor

My issue is not with the physician, but with the office help. They are very abrupt on the phones... as if they are rushing to get you off the phone so that they can answer the next call. The same is true at the front desk in person. One person in particular doesn't exhibit the type of respect and courtesy that I would expect out of a doctor's office. Also, when writing down info about my next visit, they did not indicate that I needed to get my labs done 2-3 days in advance of my visit. They only said "prior to."

Dr Jodi Ready is an honest Doctor, that gives me the sincere feeling that she cares very much in my overall health and well being
