Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

This visit was for a check up including pap smear. The pap smear was the worst I have ever experienced. Dr. Ray was heavy handed and caused me to bleed for three days. I have never bleed after a pap smear.

Ray remembered me and details of previous visits over a year ago

because I had an active cough I felt like I was being rushed out of the office to avoid contagion

Doug was great, office staff is a nightmare [...]

First time I have ever been seen by PA. He was great!

He gave me numbers to call for a specialist. I called Providence on Sunnybrook to re-open my worker's compensation claim, and have received no call-backs.

I only went in to get a referral to the midwife I'm working with, and it's been a nightmare trying to get that processed - it still hasn't been submitted.

Very happy with care, attention, support I receive here.

Never felt like this was quality care. switched back to [...].
