Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

A provider’s star rating is based on a Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. In this survey, taken after an office visit, patients answer a series of standardized questions and have the opportunity to provide custom comments. Providence strips identifying information from comments so they can be shared without jeopardizing confidentiality or patient privacy.

I like her. She seems to understand me and treats me like an intelligent individual. She doesn't talk down to me or at me.

I love Dr. Rashid! I was nervous to tell her some things about my personal health and she was very kind and most important - OBJECTIVE. It is so important to me to have non-judgmental doctor, she gave me a professional and informed response and I felt safe disclosing anything relevant to my health. She also seems like she educates herself on recent research and she's never offended me or made me feel uncomfortable. I always ask for her when I come to this clinic!

Dr. Rashid listens to what I have to say and answers questions. On a previous visit something that I was embarrassed to ask about was handled with respect and she made me feel that it was a great issue to bring up and worked to find a solution to the problem I was having.

This physician is extremely well informed and helpful.

I had been a patient for a couple of years and had comfort and trust with this provider until my mental health deteriorated severely in 2013. I had received some much needed help from a Naturopath who I can no longer see due to insurance issues. Wanting to maintain consistency with medical records to the best of my ability, I wanted to come back to Dr Rashid. I have been having trouble with my foot and was unsure if Ibuprofen was OK to take with my current medications. I had wanted to return to Dr Rashid for continuing care which would require that I get her up to date on what we'd found at the Naturopath and what medication I'd been taking. She genuinely seemed uninterested in obtaining this info and ignored me when I said I couldn't see the Naturopath. I can't tell you how disappointed I was. I won't be returning with the exception of using the lab services.

Dr. Rashid listens and discusses any and all concerns that I have. She stays current with changes in medical treatments and medications. She always responds via email in a very timely manner.

All good NO bad

I appreciate Dr. Rashid's habit of looking for the simplest diagnosis and the simplest treatment. While she always explains a number of possible diagnoses for my symptoms, she isn't wasting my time and money checking every crazy possibility. She appears to try very hard to stay current on medical science, which is a challenge, and always provides well-reasoned explanations for her conclusions.

The experience was a positive one.

Dr Rashid is so attentive , helpful, smart and approachable!

Dr. Rashid is very respectiful, knowledgeable and kind.

I am so satisfied with this provider that I have referred 2 of my family members to her, and they are now seeing her also.

I've recommended Dr. Rashid to others in the past. She's a great doctor. I love that she listens, takes time to review the past care and note how that affects what we're going to do into the future.
