About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Dr. Raj listened attentively to my health concerns and I feel confident he is starting me on the right path to feeling better!

first time seeing this provider. He really seemed to care and I will keep seeing him as my doc

I felt that Dr Raj was very personable and easy to talk to. I do feel that some of the information he gave me was incorrect. [...]

First time visit just moved here from New Yotk. I feel confident that this provider Dr Raj will take good care of my medical needs in the future.

Issues extremely important to me, I deal with on a daily basis I don't feel are as important or immediate to my doc

Always the best of service!

Dr. Raj is very insightful to possible issues going on with my concern.

Dr. Raj is very thorough in his exams. He takes time to answer any and all questions there are. He's very kind and empathetic. I would definitely see him again if I needed to.

I had frequent migraines and the earliest appointment was given after 10 days. [...] I used to get same day appointments with my last primary care.

very pleased with Dr Roj-- first time with him [...] I would go back to Dr Roj at any time He was very perceptive to my needs - and very personable-I liked him right off--

Dr Raj lowered my dosage of my pain meds and my diabetes meds claiming he wanted to lower my dependency on them. This was insulting to me because I am old enough to know better and second, I'm in PAIN! [...]

In all fairness, this was my first visit with this provider. He didn't have any previous visit or history to draw off of. He did an excellent job on getting up to speed about my past health and current acute need.

Dr. Raj has been outstanding in making me feel like I am important. I like him and his work very well.

[...] Dr. Raj is doing fine but I am concerned that he is timid when interacting with me. [...] to me it seems he has more tell me than he actually divulges during my visits. [...] I have appreciated his help and insight thus far he is a VAST improvement from the first PCP I tried [...] and I am thankful for his service.

I would say Dr. Raj is amazing! To have a doctor to set in front of you and look you in the eye and LISTEN is a great thing. He doesn't rush and really makes it like he really cares about your health.

Dr. Raj explains things in an easy to understand way

I love and enjoy the Dr and staff st Bethany

Good Experience - Make me feel better

Dr. Raj is excellent. He was very proactive in getting me the specialist care I needed and followed through quickly.

Dr. Raj is my primary Dr. and I am extremley happy with the care I have received. He is one of the best Drs I've ever had. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a Dr. his assisitant [...] is also excellent!

Was my first appt with him (moved to area recently). He was very professional, listened well, took detailed history, explained things well, and shows definite command of subject. [...] I feel lucky I got him

It's been fine.

[...] I saw him for a new injury and he insulted me about my care and completely blew my new injury off. Now I have to pay more money to see another doctor to get the proper care for all of my problems. I may now switch to [...].

Dr. Raj is very good about letting me know when I am due for tests or suggested shots. He provides prompt follow up on any test results and any questions I send him via My Chart. he is a warm, caring provider who has a good grasp on my health history. thanks to his referral to an orthopedic surgeon last year I have recovered my mobility, life and health after 15 years of treatment for a form of arthritis that I didn't actually have!

Every experience with Dr. Raj has been good, he is an excellent provider And I would or for anyone to him.

This is my first visit to Dr. Raj and I am very pleased with the experience. He listened to my concerns very carefully and recommended additional services such as stress EKG and Holter Monitor. Immediately after I finished my stress EKG [...], he identified a specialist for me and helped me to make the appointment. In addition, he made follow-up call to make sure that I was on track. I will stay with him as my primary care and will definitely recommend him to my friends.

VERY good in listening to my concerns

All of my interactions with the doctor were positive and we spoke about my medical concerns and he said a nurses assistant would follow up. When she came in the room it was as if they had not spoken and she asked me what I needed. I needed two immunization and they were out of one so she said they would order it.I got no follow up from the provider and so called to ask if they had gotten it in and the receptionist thought they did so I had another appointment and came just to find out they did not have it yet and they didn't know why the receptionist gave me an appointment. [...] Also I waited (in the waiting room) for forty minutes before the nurses assistant even saw me.

Dr Raj was very kind and excellent at listening, he also provided me with many options to attack my condition. I would highly recommend him to any person seeking a primary care physician!

Love Dr. Raj! He's a great listener, easy to talk to, and very informative.

Very personable Doctor. Very respectful. The only problem was that I went in because of sever pain from Psoriasis and I got treated for high blood pressure and diabetes. As the doctor was leaving the room, I had to stop him and ask him," uh...I'm here because of the Psoriasis. I need help! What can you do to help me? He reluctantly prescribed Prednisone."

I really appreciated how Dr. Raj did not make me feel rushed like some other health providers have before (e.g., he asked me if I had any more questions and actually waited for me to think of questions I had, etc).
