About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I have great respect everyone in this office.

Dr R & staff were excellent, spoke respectfully and clear terminology to me for my understanding of what was happening, and tests, monitoring were ahead. Thanks to them for that

I've seen 3 doctors, nurses, x-ray, labs, tests, pre op & post op instructions in the last 4-5 mos. to ready me for knee surgery in Oct. All very helpful & friendly.

I thought the Dr. was excellent as he is every time i see him.

Providence in general is good. This provider seemed rushed and there were moments it seemed I was putting him in pain by asking questions. He's clearly a subject matter expert, but his bedside manner leaves much to be desired.

Takes so long to get an earlier date. Took almost 6 weeks to get to see him.

Excellent care from Care Team "C."

always. wonderful experience at the Oregon Clinic. dr R is the best! reception very pleasant and personable.

Dr. Aly Rahimtoola IMMEDIATELY took me off a medication that was the source of my problem & prescribed one that was effective. I am very grateful to him for that. He immediately saw the problem & corrected it to my benefit.

Good care [...]

Dr. Rahimtoola has allways been excellent every time I have seen him over the years. He has allways been thorough and exact . I get the feeling he is really an expert.

At the beginning of my appointment the doctor seemed uninterested in my [...]. As the appointment progressed he seemed to take me more seriously and showed more care and interest.

I was seen promptly and in a very professional manner. My provider explained what was happening to me in terms I could understand and reassured me that the tests he was ordering for me would give a better picture of what was happening, but that it was not a life or death situation. He prescribed medicine to thin my blood.
