[...] I will say my overall experience was great from the assistant to the doctor!

Since I chose Dr Query as my primary care giver, and she accepted me as her patient graciously, my health has improved. I really appreciate her medical skills, her listening skills and her treatments. Kudos to Dr. Query. I must add I have ongoing health issue and looking forward for her care in the future. Thanks to Providence for having a holistic doctors. Cheers

my appointment was rescheduled twice before I was able to be seen which was very frustrating

Dr. Query is attentive, compassionate and conscientious to the situation at hand.

I like my care provider [...]

really like Crystal and hope to keep her as my PCP.

the doctor was very friendly, but I don't feel like she listened when I said I was having issues with my sinuses and my ear. [...] I do think the doctor was very nice, but I'm frustrated with the quality and accuracy of care.

I feel Dr. Query takes the time to have conversation, ask questions, listen, explain things and always remembers me and what's going on both in my health and in my general life (especially in regards to mental health). She is an excellent provider, culturally-competent, and I've recommended her to others as well.

I love my care provider; but it is getting increasingly difficult to get an appointment with her in a timely manner.

I have been thrilled with all of the doctors and PAs I've seen at the North Portland facility. They are completely professional, and personable. Their kindness and caring come through and that is what helps me to feel good about coming in, instead of the dread I used to feel about seeing a doctor.

Dr Query listens and is thorough. I've only seen her twice, when my usual PCP was not available, and I'm very impressed with her. She is empathetic and doesn't make me feel rushed. She spends time talking to me and not just tapping away on the keyboard as some do.

I love how they are working like a team. I'm very happy!

She spent plenty of time going over my health history.

Dr. Query astounds me.... the balance of compassion, patience, insight and curiosity.... are all delivered with such respect.... more than I feel I have ever received from ANY provider. Dr. Query is such a good listener and does not hesitate to say she doesn't know something.... to make a referral or order procedures to afford US more intelligent choices for achieving wellness goals. I feel honored to have the opportunity to partner with her in addressing my health concerns.

[...] is my 4 year old daughter. The office doesn't seem well equipped to work with children. [...] It also took us almost 2 hours from the start of the appointment to the end. That kind of waiting is tough with small kids. [...]

Dr. Query has made my maternity care appointments an excellent experience.

I thought The Dr Q was kind, helpful and took her time to answer all my questions and treated me with a lot of respect. I was very happy with the overall care that I received.

Dr. Crystal Query was very kind and concerned about my health. She specifically had me check in with her the following Monday as she was going on a vacation and would not be able to address my concerns if she was gone.

had a very bad experience with the doctor. [...]

My doctor was excellent at follow up and when emailing with information needed she responded in a timely manner.

My provider is good and answered all my questions that i need to know.

I felt as if she didn't want to try and get an MRI scheduled because it was too much work to get it approved through my insurance. I'm having extreme back pain and some of the symptoms have worsened. This is a new primary care doctor for me and I am considering changing to a different provider.

All my concerns (if any) are addressed at the time of visit.
