Biography & Education


Dr. Emily Puukka-Clark chose family medicine because of the unique opportunity to care for patients throughout their life stages. She enjoys being able to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with her patients. 

Dr. Puukka-Clark has a special interest and experience in geriatrics. In her practice, she partners with her patients to help them achieve good health and quality of life. 

Dr. Puukka-Clark earned her medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. She completed her residency in family medicine through Providence Milwaukie Family Medicine Residency program. In addition, she holds a Master of Science degree from epidemiology from Stanford University. 

A native Oregonian, Dr. Puukka-Clark enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
