Biography & Education

Roxanne Payne received her master’s degree in nursing from Washington State University and is a certified family nurse practitioner. She is also an advanced oncology certified nurse practitioner.  She has worked in oncology at Providence Portland Medical Center since 2000. She has been involved with Providence Autologous Stem Cell Transplant and Biotherapy programs there since 2001, first as the transplant coordinator, now as nurse practitioner and program manager.  She also manages Providence Cancer Survivor Program at Providence Cancer Center.
