Board certified in cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology, Dr. Oseran is a native of Oregon. He completed his cardiology training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. After spending several years on staff at Cedars, he returned to Portland where he started the Arrhythmia Center at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in 1991. Dr. Oseran is the Medical Director of Providence Heart and Vascular Institute.
