Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Cynthia always spends ample time with me and answers all my questions. She always explains why she is ordering certain tests so that I understand her reasoning, and I appreciate that and the time she takes with me.

This was an initial exam, I am a new patient. That's why medical records not available. Cynthia is doing a follow up exam and made referrals for blood work and mammography screening. She was thorough and pleasant. Staff was courteous and friendly also.

I have consistently been happy with my care from Cindy Mosser and [...] (on same team)

It just seems like she doesn't listen to me

She and her team are caring and excellent at what they do.

She is great, but I think she may be over extended.

When my pharmacy had not recieved a refill request back from the Providence pharmacy staff in Portland,I called my PCP office who called in a new presciption for me. They are the best.

It just seems like shes not listening to me. I have to repeat questions and answers.

every time i come for an appointment with cindy, she makes me feel like she doesnt remember me. i feel like nothing more than a chart in the computer.

I have a great experience ALWAYS. i Love this people

very professional and knowledgeable. listens well. feel well cared for.

Cynthia took very going care of me, and got me in a specialist right a way. That probably save my life.

"Dr." Moser is the best FNP that I have ever had to be my health care. Provider. She is a "keeper"!!

She is very thorough [...]

was very impressed with Cynthia Mosser and the whole Providence experience.

Cindy Mosser is a good service provider. She meets my needs every time

all are good

Excellent caring person, explains things well, follows thru with results of test etc.

The reason that I'm continuing with this provider is because of her attention to detail and knowledge. She has helped me get off several medications and solved several chronic conditions I was struggling with. I appreciatte her ability to problem solve with me not just hand me a prescription. I have a lot of difficulties with other staff that makes me want to leave the practice. Reception and call center staff are at odds as to when I'm supposed to arrive and I've been turned away. My providers support staff don't follow my providers directions very well and have caused me stress and anxiety. I don't want them calling me with results or anything anymore because they don't know what's going on even in this age of electronic charting. I would refer to my provider but with reservations about the other aspects of the practice. [...]

I'm new to Providence and I've been very satisfied with the service I have received. Everyone has been courteous professional and have respond with right sense of urgency to the situation and have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

After initial weigh in, a student nurse practitioner came in [...] I felt insulted by her mannerism in questioning me and scolding me about my manner of taking my medication. She began to review my entire medical record, asking questions continuously after I already said, I had nothing to add. I did not appreciate discussing anything with this person [...] My doctor called me later after I reported that I could not talk freely to her because of the other person standing over us in the room, who just insulted me.

I have been coming to PMG for several years. Throughout my time my doctor has changed many times, now I am not even seeing a doctor but a NP of some sort. She didn't even come to my room until the end after another lady came after the nurse. She was not thorough in solving my problem and seemed very rushed. All she offered was antibiotic which I don't think was helping in solving the root of the problem.

I was seen quickly and got great care. The whole team at Family Medicine is wonderful!

I was very pleased to have my yearly check up AFTER having blood work completed so that provider could refer to it. [...]
