Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

I was very sick for many yrs. I had crazy thoughts. And I was mean to people. Got back on my meds. I am doing much better now. We had a good visit this time. I was very scared didn't know what was wrong. Thought I was going to die, and no one would help. I made sense now and can express what's wrong. I was trapped on my own.

I waited in the exam room about 45 minutes after vitals were taken before being seen by provider. I would have appreciated having an assistant check in with me periodically so that I could be assured I hadn't been forgotten.

Waited fir iver 50 minutes to be seen. Dr. was rude and disrespected me. She dies nit need to agree with my life choices but she needs to be a professional and resoect my choices. Also she agreed to prescribe me medications and then did not order them.
