Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Great reception, CNA and of curse Dr. M-Y is the best.

I am confused about the referral I received and will ask for clarifying info at my next appointment

I love Molly and am so glad that my the new job I just got has [...] insurance so I can keep her.

All good

All good experiences. Couldn't ask for better.

[...] It became clear that she was not the PCP for me and I would not recommend her to anyone.

I like it when my Dr. greets me by name w/o looking it up in front of me.

Actually, I was her first appointment, and she was early to meet with me.

[...] She spent much more time typing and looking at the computer than directed at me. [...]

Dr Molly is a very kind & caring person.

Dr Molly is great, always personable, thurough and genuinely concerned

My PCP was unavailable for this visit as it was a "short notice" call for an appt. The PA I otherwise see is off on Monday's, so I was referred. It was an exceptional visit. I cannot say enough good things about the entire group and this particular visit as well.

Dr. Molly has always shown me respect and care for any health issue I have seen her for. The office staff and assistance have always been professional. It's easy to understand why I am pleased with the care I receive from my doctor and her staff.

Molly Moran-Yandle is great. She listens to you and makes sure she addresses any and all issues you want to discuss. She is very clear as to her objectives for you.

No bad experience at all, ever.

The experience I have had with all doctors has been very fine, And I believe Dr. Yondell is one of the best.

[...] I am extremely impressed with the service from all I have encountered in all my visits.
