Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Very nice to, and relatable to my boys.

Dr. Mores team is amazing! I had a knee surgery with him 3 years ago and DEFINITELY returned for him to fix a second knee injury! trust him 100%

It was excellent.

Always an excellent experience.

Dr Moore attended to my questions, concerns and gave me a shot in my left knee until I could have my [...] surgery [...]

Very personable.

Fast arrival for visits. Good interest in my recovery.

[...] He was very good at his job, and his staff was good as well but when making the necessary appointments that were needed the whole thing was very poorly done.
