These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

DR Mason is a good guy. very professional. and yet has an easy manner and is honest with you to the point. that is refreshing. as honest direct advice is too uncommon these days. he allows you to make the decisions after completly explaining everything in detail. two thumbs up good guy.

He actually apologized for making me wait and it wasn't even a long wait. That has never happened and I appreciated it.

This was the first time seeing Dr. Mason, he was awesome. He explained exactly what he was doing and really seemed to care. He was very professional. Great bedside manner. He did a great job on my surgery and very happy with my scar so far. His Medical Assistant [...] was also great. I was very disappoineted with the front staff and how I was treated.

Call regarding pathology results from his office were somewhat upsetting. PA called and seemed not prepared for the many questions resulting from a diagnosis of cancer. However the PA was wonderful during the actual procedure which is the most important issue.

Dr Mason is a specialist I was referred to for a routine colonoscopy. The office was very helpful in getting it scheduled when it was best for me.

2 years I have had stomach problems; and after a couple of visits to ER w/ 'follow ups' and tests ordered with/ by my primary care provider, over this time period, Dr. Mason correctly diagnosed the problem while my doctor could not. [...] Dr. Mason's concern [...] and his insistence on resolving all issues that he thought I was having, resulted in getting the right tests which showed I needed 2 surgeries. I am very thankful to Dr. Mason! I also have to thank a family member who had surgery with Dr. Mason years ago and had a good experience with him.

I just came in to schedule a colonoscopy - there was no consideration given to suiting my schedule at all. They offered one day, Tuesday, take it or leave it.
