Tanya Lubkin, D.O., considers her most important role as a physician is that of teacher. “I like to help others choose the right direction for a healthy and happy life,” she says. “I get a great sense of satisfaction in making a difference in the lives of my patients.”
After graduating from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md., Dr. Lubkin earned her degree in osteopathic medicine at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo. She completed her residency in family medicine at Providence Milwaukie Hospital.
Dr. Lubkin’s practice philosophy focuses on finding ways that allow the body to best heal itself, “be it through medicine, fitness, or a mind-body-spirit connection.”
Originally from the East Coast, Dr. Lubkin moved to the Pacific Northwest with her husband. In her off time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking and traveling.
