Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Everyone was courteous, attentive and professional.

quick results

I guess I missed that we were done when she left the exam room. The nurse came in and drew blood for an additional test and the appointment was over.

Dr. Loebner is a fantastic PCP. I don't know how I can expand on that as I've stated in previous surveys. She's been my PCP for 15 years and I will stick with her until she retires or until I die.

I love Mindy Loebner

no fibromyalgia specialization care at providence. told to contact [...].

dr Loebner is the best. receptionists are usually difficult to communicate with, but this time he was very nice & helpful.

always a great experience

I always feel well cared for by Dr Loebner. She called me tonight about a test result, that was greatly appreciated. She has done so in the past as well.

Dr. needs a scribe to help her type in patient info. Instead of using Dr.'s valuable time for data input, the scribe could do it, leaving the Dr. more time to connect with and care for patient. Why do specialists get a scribe but family practitioners not?

I have only seen Dr. Loebner twice for multiple health concerns, but I am pleased to say she is the most caring, attentive, and respectful Primary Provider I have had the pleasure of seeing. She always listens to my concerns and asks multiple follow- up questions to try and come up with the best solution to my problem. I have recommended her to friends at work, and I hope they schedule.

This was my first visit. Dr. Loebner was very easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Loebner as I was establishing care with her. However, I had an issue with an abnormal CT scan of my pelvis and Dr. Loebner expedited my seeing a GYN specialist, called me on the phone regarding my test results and was very instrumental in hurrying along me care with the specialist. I appreciated her concern and prompt actions.

We know that pain pills are few "but" when pills are needed what are we to do?

I have been going to Dr. Loebner since she started, 20something years ago. I have recommended her to all of my friends as I believe she is the most amazing GP there is. She has shown nothing but kindness and compassion to me as her patient. Even at times when I didn't deserve it. She has always put my health (mental, emotional and physical) first. She has demonstrated determination when she was baffled as to what might be the underlying issue. I have nothing but respect and confidence in her abilities and recommendations. Prior to making any medical decision whether with naturopaths, psychiatrists, etc, I make sure I inform Dr. Loebner first. [...] I couldn't imagine going anywhere else or to anyone else. I love Dr. Loebner! As my friend said who also goes to her, Loebner4EVA!!!

Dr. Loebner is very thoughtful, thorough, and followed up on a question that I posed to her via email, following my appointment with her. My appointment was to establish a relationship with her as my new PMD, and I am very excited about continuing care with her.

My care provider is exceptional. Takes me serious, excellent referrals for specific issues.

Not enough time to really discuss health questions. Doctor did not ask if there were additional problems/questions.

came in with chronic pain and just don't appreciate how the system work in regards to having an MRI the hoops needed to jump through to receive that scan aren't helpful and the are time consuming and costly and in the meantime I'm still in pain

I just wish that the doctor's office would give vaccinations rather than having to go to a pharmacy.

She seems really down to earth and explains things in a way it's easy to understand, I have already recommended to a co worker

my provider seemed impatient, did not seem to have my full medical records despite the fact that they were sent over to her, gave me inaccurate information on birth control options. I felt very judged during my appointment.

Seems genuinely interested in me and what is going on in my life!

The provider treated me like a Child and showed little regard or respect towards what I had to say.

Been seeing Mindy for several years and she knows my health and what we need to do for improvements.

My care provider takes time to understand my needs and my approach to my health care.
