About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

The front desk seems really busy. I called about 3 weeks ago to verify an insurance form, that was faxed to Dr. Loebner had been received. The front desk said they didn't know, but they would leave a note for Dr. Loebner. I never found out if it had or had not been received.

I thought she was ok. Very conventional in her approach and not aware of alternative treatments.

When I see my provider she is great. But it's hard to get an appt with her when I need medical care for illness so I usually have to see other providers in the office or go to immediate care. Dr Loobner had a bit of technical issues so I felt like I wasn't getting straight answers and she was a bit distracted.

Dr never has enough time (even 2 or 3 minutes) for questions not important enough to me for a separate appointment, yet you ask her to stay on schedule within 15 minutes. She doesn't always seem to give me credit for knowing myself and being aware of my health.

The clinic worked me in at short notice - I appreciated that, that's why it didn't bother me that it took longer to see the dr than expected.

I was recommended to receive 2 vaccines and I thought they would be administered at this visit. I was disappointed to find out that I would have to go to a pharmacy to get the vaccinations. I haven't gone yet and I think the likelihood is low. I would have appreciated being able to just get the shots while I was there.

My annual [...] check up [...] was much less satisfactory (both this year and last) than the services provided by my regular physician. I'd rate that appointment somewhere between poor and fair.

Dr. Loebner is the absolute best. My sister and I have been going to her for years, and we both adore her. She has been with me through some tough times and made good recommendations not only based on my physical signs/sx, but on my mental/emotional health. I feel like she gives me the advice she'd give her closest family member, and I truly value her opinion. She is an important person in my overall health and I respect her immensely.

Every year we argue about mammograms. I am low-risk for breast cancer and would prefer not to have mamms done more often than the federal recommended guidelines. I know that heart disease is a much bigger killer of women. Heart disease runs in my family on both sides. Last year my cholesterol tested high, and I worked hard to bring it down this year. But my PCP never talks to me about heart disease symptoms, etc. [...]

Dr. Loebner has gone above & beyond for years, but my last two visits with her have been so disappointing I have decided to stop seeing her. She stares at the computer screen, pays little attention to my questions/concerns & has left several concerns completely unattended. She's very disinterested & minimally engaged.

I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time and the Dr. seemed distracted and in a hurry. In times past this has not been the case. I also had not seen her for over a year, but she did not ask me any questions about my overall health [...]. I am my own advocate and she knows this so she may have just assumed I will continue to do my own f/u.
