Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

1st receptionist could not find time for what I considered a rather urgent need to see the doctor [...]. Decided to call again the next day [...]. She got me in with a different doctor the same day!

I have been experiencing a deteriorating medical condition for months and have mostly been able communicate with Dr. Loebner via mychart. I would have preferred an appt but her schedule was too full and so I saw a nurse practitioner with whom I was very dissatisfied.

I think the doctor should be provided with a scribe during the visit, instead of th doctor having to spend time at the computer.

Have been able to establish a good relationship in a short amount of time. Due to a retirement, an out-of-state move and local move, I have had to change doctors 3 times in the past 3-4 years and this has been difficult for me. I related this to Dr. Loebner and she has made a good effort to build a trusting relationship with me.

She is sensitive and carry person.

She is very thorough and takes more time than other providers to explore issues and options

Dr. Loebner always treats me very well and provides the best care for me.

this was the first time i saw her. Was very nice.

Seemed very distracted - more interested in giving me meds - vs - a referral to a mental health provider.

I have recommended Mindy to other people.

Very good experience. Very impressed by how long the Dr. took with me, and didn't rush the appointment.

Three weeks prior to my appointment I mailed Dr. Loebner cpoies of my blood test results from the past 9 months [...]. She had not taken the time to review the results in preparation for my appointment. Then, even though the most recent blood work was done a month ago, she requested I be retested by a lab associated with Providence to validate the results from [...]. Needless testing!

mindy was extremely rude. she talked over me, cut me off mid sentence, and spoke down to me and accused me of being angry when I advocated for myself. it was one of the WORST doctor visits I have ever experienced. I NEVER want to see this woman again. [...]

This was my first visit with this provider to establish care. She took a lot of time with me but there wasn't enough time to address all of my concerns. [...]

great doctor who is very thorough

The doc was running late for this visit. Usually she is close to on time. [...]

I am comfortable with the care I received

I LOVED that I was given step by step directions of what to do and expect next. she gave very clear guidelines of MyChart and what I need to follow up on. she also called me with results on the same day and what she is planning for me to do next. Really outstanding service so far while we figure out what is wrong.

The front desk seems really busy. I called about 3 weeks ago to verify an insurance form, that was faxed to Dr. Loebner had been received. The front desk said they didn't know, but they would leave a note for Dr. Loebner. I never found out if it had or had not been received.

Felt heard, that Dr.Loebner was very compassionate and engaged.

I have nothing but compliments for Dr. Loebner and the staff!

I thought she was ok. Very conventional in her approach and not aware of alternative treatments.

When I see my provider she is great. But it's hard to get an appt with her when I need medical care for illness so I usually have to see other providers in the office or go to immediate care. Dr Loobner had a bit of technical issues so I felt like I wasn't getting straight answers and she was a bit distracted.

I absolutely love Mindy Loebner. She has always maintained a high quality standard and provides me with attention and care when I see her.

She taking care my health care for a very long time, thank you.

I asked Dr. Lobner about pre-existing conditions and she became very frustrated with me.

Dr Loebner is always attentive, compassionate and listens to my concerns.

Mindy, has been an amazing doctor. She has provided excellent care for me . She is kind , compassionate and has always been up front and honest. I could not ask for a better care provider.

Love my relationship with Dr. Loebner

Dr never has enough time (even 2 or 3 minutes) for questions not important enough to me for a separate appointment, yet you ask her to stay on schedule within 15 minutes. She doesn't always seem to give me credit for knowing myself and being aware of my health.

I have had a very good experience with my Doctor for the last 15 years.

The clinic worked me in at short notice - I appreciated that, that's why it didn't bother me that it took longer to see the dr than expected.

I was recommended to receive 2 vaccines and I thought they would be administered at this visit. I was disappointed to find out that I would have to go to a pharmacy to get the vaccinations. I haven't gone yet and I think the likelihood is low. I would have appreciated being able to just get the shots while I was there.

Mindy Loebner and her staff are fantastic. Very caring and considerate.
