Biography

Bob (Yuanwen) Lee, M.D., was drawn to medicine because of a strong desire to help people live up to their fullest potential. His specialty in physiatry and physical medicine speaks to this interest, as he strives to help patients restore their functional abilities and enhance their quality of life.

His philosophy of care centers on treating the whole patient. “Every day, I look forward to getting to know my patients as people and value the chance to serve their health care needs,” says Dr. Lee. “Patients are much more than their diagnoses or a series of data.”

He went on to complete his physiatry residency with the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton, Illinois, and his internal medicine residency with the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana.
