Dr. Lang was born in Longview, Wash. Away from her practice, she enjoys travel, running and playing soccer.

Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

good. [...]

Dr. Lang followed up with me at 8:22pm. Shows me she cares about her patients. Excellent doctor!

Always seems to be concerned about keeping my health on track.

I have recommended Dr. Lang to a number of people who then went to see her. My mom was her first patient at Gateway. As my mom became demented, Dr. Lang followed her closely as well as saw to her multiple medical challenges.

Dr. will only discuss one health problem - dismisses other problems shortly.

The provider is great but the computer system cannot maintain my insurance records.

Reception could have been more personable.

Great care by Dr Lang and staff.

i am diabetic and she does not check me as I think she should. Do not take my blood or never exam my feet, just things on the computer

I'm very lucky she's the provider of my parents.

Dr. Lang is a very good doctor. She is kind, caring and compassionate. Thank you so much Dr. Lang.

this was my very first appointment with Dr. Lang. I could be more pleased with my new PCP. I 'm very happy. tx

I felt very comfortable talking with Her. She is a caring Doctor and I like her.

Three days prior to the appt with Dr. Lang, I had called the office to make an appointment. I had been really sick for over a week. the woman who answered the phone on my care team [...] offered an appointment with a nurse. I told her again that I needed to see a dr. she offered an appointment with a PA. I said again that I wanted to see a Dr. she then said she had an appt for me with a doctor at noon that day. I arrived on time to my appt but was kept waiting for over an hour before finally having an appt with a PA. [...] I intend to change providers. [...] once I finally saw my dr (day 10 of being really sick), she put me on antibiotics and I started getting better. [...]

care has always been excellent

She is nice.

I leave my Dr.'s office with my dignity intact; feeling confident that they respect my need for confidentiality & see me as an individual respectfully

I like Dr. Lang's approach. I feel she knows what she is doing and is genuinely interested in helping me but is not intrusive or condescending.

[…] She kept me waiting in wait room for over 1/2 hr past appt. time and was "flip" about it. Also, I took BP machine in for calibration and she told me to go back to where I bought it for that---tho the dr. said to bring in. Anyway this is 2nd visit that I have found her "wanting" in service dept. Last time she wrote wt. down wrong on my chart and that was a problem. I know she is new, however, she doesn't seem serious about her work.

Dr. Lang spent time really listening to my concerns, getting to know me and answering all questions asked. She was very responsive giving results to tests, and comprehensive in her exam and follow up. I was very impressed with my entire experience. And I love the MyChart app too!

Dr. Lang has always given me the best care. She referred me to another doctor, [...], who got my insurance [...] to cover the Harvoni cure for hepatitis C. She referred me to Dr. [...] for a torn rotator cuff. He operated, I did rehab at Providence Rehab and I am completely cured!Dr. Lang takes very good care of me!

All was good

Dr Lang's professionalism is such that she does not invite me as her patient to want to confide in her. She is somewhat aloof and doesn't view me as a person with real issues and concerns, but rather just as another patient.

She is very down to earth and approachable. I enjoy her very much and she is sensitive to my needs.
