About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. no problems at this appointment

She took time and educated me on taking care of my skin so I won't get skin cancer again.

I appreciate Dr Kwok and her team being on time personable and caring

The doctor kept trying meds for me until she found me that worked. I am happy this ointment keeps my condition under control.

Would not see me on scheduled visit. Time scheduled was provider's error. And would not see me that day, although I offered to wait or come back. Had to schedule 2 weeks later. Not good.

Dr Kwak is an excellent physician. I was impressed with her ability to quickly and accurately diagnose my condition and provide me with an effective treatment plan that began to work immediately. I was impressed by how quickly her office was able to get me in to see after receiving my referral by fitting me into a spot that opened due to a cancellation. Also, I had to get help with a prescription over a holiday weekend when the clinic was closed and Dr. Kwak was on call for her own patients and got my prescription issue resolved immediately. I am very pleased with the care I received.

I felt rushed out of exam room. Dr. didn't explain my conditions; she just said 3 things in medical terms what my diagnosis was and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Prescription needs pre-auth from insurance carrier, so prescription still sits at pharmacy waiting for papers to be filled out by Dr. [...] It has been over two weeks since my visit. My condition worsens.

never had a bad experience. I like mychart and promptly receive info when needed.

very thorough and professional but also gentle and personable. Excellent dermatologist!

Prescribes more amount of ointments than needed.

she was wonderful - she made things easy to understand for me, listened to my concerns, and thoroughly talked through all of my options.

very attentive and helpful

It's not the providers fault. She just can't exactly figure out what's wrong with me but has done all the tests she knows to do and she's trying.

much appreciation

[...] She seemed much more ready to hear my concerns, and the directions I wanted to take for my care. Before the visit I had been planning to change providers, but after this visit, I was willing to stay with her [...]

Provider seemed rushed and uninterested in me. I don't think she even asked if I had any other concerns. Which I did, but I didn't seem the point in bringing up because she was so disinterested. However, I must say that she did an excellent job resolving the issue I presented with.
