Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Dr Keating and [...] listened to my concerns about infertility and helped me come up with a plan for my situation. they are so positive and encouraging with a very emotional and delicate situation. Their genuine care for me is so appreciated.

Dr. Keating is kind, caring, thorough. I recommend her to my friends. She responded to my "My Chart" email questions promptly. I feel comfortable with Dr. Keating. She is a treasure.

Dr. Keating is A++. Medical care great. Admin/scheduling could be better. Post-op care in hospital for superior to [...] but [...] admin fewer errors.

Despite only seeing Dr. Keating once a year, I always feel like she knows me.

No bedside manner.

Dr Keating is one if the most respectful, thorough and sensitive doctors I have ever had. I never feel like she is rushing me thorough she listens to me closely and provides very clear responses and effective recommendations.

Angela Keating is an exceptional physician and I plan to continue to see her for my care.

Dr. Keating and her staff provide excellent care and service.

Dr. Keating is a wonderful doctor. I feel safe in her care!

Dr Keating is a very professional doctor, she listens to my concerns and she also sent me to a specialist to compare diagnosis of my current medical condition

Dr. Keating is very professional, caring, and knowledgeable.

Due to a glitch in our insurance coverage, we told the receptionist we would be paying cash for contraception. [...] felt that Dr. Keating seemed overly concerned about this and asked multiple questions. [...] is 16 and in high school. Payment should have been discussed with her mother-- [...] wasn't in a position to handle these questions.

MA obtained all info & very tentative - made sure she was writing my question correctly - Doctor 1st visit with her (my usual physician left practice). She asked some questions & gave me information. Forgot to discuss one question - seemed rushed.

She has no problem asking me questions that pertain to both my mental and physical help. Then listens to me when I talk. There is never a time where I feel as if she isn't listening and understanding what I'm saying.

The only problem is the system used to schedule a routine check up - it's terrible; one cannot just call and set up an appt. It is ridiculous!

The health care providers do not have enough time to talk to their patients. [...]

making an appointment in a timely manner is next to impossible for returning patient for a well check. I have been a patient at this clinic for well over 10 years. I am unable to schedule a visit for less than 3 months out and they do not have the calendar available at that time and request that I call back. I am told I will be put on a call list but never recieve a call. This has been the same for the last 4 yrs

My only complaint is that my appointment had to be rescheduled and the office wasn't able to leave me a voicemail, so I only found out when I came in (which was very inconvenient). I was surprised to learn the appointment was cancelled because I had confirmed my appointment through MyChart and checked MyChart two days prior to the appointment to see if there was any pre-work or questionaires I could fill out -- nothing in MyChart indicated the office needed to reschedule the appointment. I really urge you to develop a workflow to make use of all the communication tools at your disposal to ease the way of patients and also streamline and simplify interactions in the office.

DR. Keating is one of the best, she is friendly and takes a great interest in her patients and what ever they are seeing her for. I am very comfortable and know she will tell the truth and explain everything, and give suggestions to solve a problem.

When I asked questions. I always got detailed answers to gratify my curiosity.

I love Dr. Keating, I don't think I would schedule an appointment at 7:30 in the am again however, seems like people are busy trying to get up to speed, and very little time is spent dealing with the clients, other tasks are being performed to get the day up and running, I would suggest starting a little before you see clients to make all clients feel like they aren't just being rushed in and out.

provider delivers great care and her assistant is fantastic! huge problem though with wait times. for majority of my prenatal visits I had to wait in lobby for 25 or more minutes. most recently I waited 45 minutes!!!! that is really frustrating.

I liked her and I thought she did all that was needed.

Tried to make appointment for annual checkup in April. I was told that doctor was not accepting appointments and I would be put on the Waiting List. Was called back 2 months later and given an appointment 1 month after that. So 31/2 months after my actual annual anniversary. Doctor seemed rushed even thought it was only 7:30 in the morning and there was no one else in the waiting room. Would have liked more time after waiting so long to get to see her.

Post op, new to me Dr, was awe some pre op, and post. Listened to my questions, and concerns post and pre. Even the smallest thing listened to me, and was outstanding. I appreciate it so much.

Questions asked @ check in were repeated by Dr.

Dr. Keaton (did I spell that right?) listened to me and didn't brush me aside. She gave me options. She was also very upfront with how likely it was that I would get approved to have a tubal litigation...which isn't likely since Providence is religious. However, she offered other options -- like my boyfriend getting a vasectomy -- that were reasonable and probably better.

My care provider is amazing, she listens to my concerns, the other doctors that shifts in her stead were very caring and concerned about my health. Dr. Keating and her team has really been a steadiness in my life that I feel lucky to have. I would recommend her to anyone looking for information, needing help with pre-birth stuff and regarding birth control. She's the best!

Dr. Keating is always cordial, listens very well and is very knowledgeable on all related to her profession. She is very personable and I would recommend her in a minute.

I feel very privileged to have Dr. Keating as my Gynecologist. She is an excellent doctor who was highly recommended by my PCP and my previous Gynecologist who retired a few years ago. I like her very much and feel she is a very excellent doctor who is the BEST in her field.

Excellent Drs and nurse practitioners! I feel well cared for.

I travel about 40 miles round trip to see Dr. Keating (I moved but still want to see her). She is absolutely excellent.

Only issue was with scheduling surgical procedure. Scheduling never called I had to persist in getting myself scheduled. Otherwise GREAT CARE!

Provider was helpful in giving me appropriate information pertaining to my current medical issues.

I would recommend Angela Keating to anyone. She has been my OBGYN for my first daughter and now my second pregnancy. I appreciate her ability and strength of taking good care of me.

Very friendly & efficient office. Doctor - very nice, helpful, informative - I liked her a lot!

Dr Keating is the best!
