Dr. Heidi Joshi’s practice is inspired by patients willing to take those important and challenging steps toward a positive life change. “I want to support people’s self-efficacy and help them make lifestyle changes that have the potential to improve their lives,” she says.
With the intention to make such great strides, Dr. Joshi believes it is highly important to collaborate with patients in order to meet them where they are in that process. “I know it takes courage to make changes and I am here to walk along side you and go at your own pace,” she states.
Dr. Joshi received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in voice performance from Hope College. She earned a Master’s degree in marital and family therapy from Northwestern University. Lastly, Dr. Joshi earned a medical degree in clinical psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology.
Dr. Joshi was born in Hawaii and followed her father around as he served in the military. When away from her medical practice, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and pets.
