Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Always good -

Had to wait 20-25 minutes in wait room - receptionist failed to tell me Dr. Jain running very late.

Very patient, comforting.

I accidentally thought my appt. was at 1:10 p.m., but it actually was 12:50 p.m., so I showed up a 1 p.m. to be 10 mins early. The receptionist scolded me for being 13 mins late and corrected me when I said "10 mins".

Always very interested in my health. Goes the extra mile and listens to my concerns.

First visit to Dr. Jain; she was excellent - knowledgeable & caring.

very kind and attentive.

This care provider, made another appointment to another clinic, with out my knowledge, or talking it over with me, which I did not appreciate!

I had to wait a very long time (20+ minutes) before provider came into room but she was very (overly) apolpgetic for the wait due to a patient before me.

Always made to feel like I matter.

I love Dr. Jain. She has been my provider for ten years. I trust everything she tells me and I have never had a moment of doubt that she is looking out for my best interest. Doctor Jain is the best.

Dr. Jain was down to earth yet professional!!

I was one of Dr. Jain's first patients. I not only like her, "I love her." I'm 97 years old and I credit her for the good health I do have. Thank you Dr. Jain.

MyChart next or same day response.

She's the best!
