About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Jain and her staff are excellent.
Providence Health & Services Patient

Dr. Jain is very nice and I like her. Her availability for appointments is poor. Also, she is always running late. When I was the very first appointment of the day, I still had to wait well over 15 minutes to see her (more like 30 minutes).
Providence Health & Services Patient

Dr. Jain was exceptionally competent and caring in her approach. I appreciated that she took time to introduce herself and ask about my life at the beginning of the appointment. She was thorough and helpful during my appointment. I left the office feeling well cared for and happy to have an excellent provider.
Providence Health & Services Patient

I love Dr. Jain! She listens well, keeps up with new medical information, and is open to hearing my ideas with respect.
Providence Health & Services Patient

Dr. Jain appears to be a good listener and knows my medical history since 2006.
Providence Health & Services Patient

I am very comfortable with Dr. Jain. We dialog about items of interest. .Her approach is collegial. I am not afraid to turn down some suggestions if i know they won't work for me. Dr. Jain accepts that. On the other hand I respect her opinion and suggestions. I would say we have a collegial relationship.
