About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Staff at the heart clinic got me the soonest possible ap point mentioned to follow up after ED visit. Other evaluations are scheduled as soon as the system allows. I'm grateful. Dr Huang is very good.

Great group of doctors, for having this procedure, I was nervous at first, but I would do it again without hesitation. The angioplasty dots and nurses were the best.

Dr. Huang is decidedly knowledgeable--a comfort. She attends to details about my medical life even though I see her only once a year. And she seems not just a good technician, but wise.

Prompt - friendly but efficient care

[...] I use MyChart to communicate with my providers outside of the office almost exclusively. I am very happy with that service.

Excellent bedside manner. Calm and reassuring.

This physician saw me in the hospital when I was admitted with atrial fibrillation. She followed up with an office visit subsequent to my hospitalization to determine my heart's status [...]

I don't dislike Dr. Xuang. She's obviously very knowledgeable, and her manner is quite good. My case is unique [...]. I feel that more personal interest may serve me better, but I do not feel that is a poor reflection on Dr. Xuang's skills as a cardiologist.

Dr. Huang is always very interested in how my health is. She takes the time to talk and I have never felt that she's rushing me. I really like her and would recommend her to family and friends.

The doctor not only listened to me, she HEARD what I was saying. This was my first visit, I have been looking for a new cardiologist and very picky in my search and I believe it paid of in finding her.

good experience
